Our villas have private pools, are fully staffed and are centrally located in Seminyak, Bali. 

Last Minute Offer: Bonus Night Offer stay 5 pay 4 and stay 6 pay 5 for booking made less than 10 days prior to arrival during Low Season only + 15% tax

*Depending on occupancy, a minimum stay of 7 nights may be imposed during PEAK and HIGH seasons

Check In Time: 2 PM, Check Out Time: 12 PM (noon)

Guests can pay in US$, IDR, Euros etc at the prevailing AUD / Currency exchange rate at the time of payment. Currency converter tools can be found at XE Currency converter.

Late Check Out: We are unable to offer late Check Outs to our guests, unless pre-arranged at the time of the booking. Many flights leave Bali very late at night, so a late check out is recommended in these circumstances.

The following late Check Out charges apply:

  • Up to 6 PM 50% of daily rate charge
  • After 6 PM a full day will be charged
