Frequently Asked Questions About Booking Reservations

To schedule your stay at one of the villas of Rumi Villas Bali  check the AVAILABILITY page and look for opening in the 2, 3, or 4 bedroom villa for the dates you are interested in. Then click on the ENQUIRIES page and fill out the form.


When will my booking be confirmed?

We do our best to confirm your booking as soon as we can, on receipt of the 50% rental deposit. Sometimes this can be minutes and sometimes a little longer. Always within 24 hours!


Tentative Confirmation

On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, found on this website, we will contact you by email within 12 hours and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate, and the amount of deposit required - 50% of total rental cost.


Reservation Confirmation

To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested (50%) to our Bali bank account.

Please note - most banks provide an on-line “Bank Transfer of Funds” service. When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation is confirmed.

Please advise us by email after the transfer has been made. We will then send you an email confirmation note. Reservations are handled on " first come, first served" basis.


Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non refundable. The final balance of the rental payment is due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date (please send an email advising the final payment has been made). Once received this payment is also non refundable. Failure to pay the final rental payment by the due date will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and your deposit.
