Petitenget Beach is just north of Seminyak and the beachfront town of Legian is immediately south of Seminyak. Kuta is south of Legian.

Shopping in Seminyak is an unexpected pleasure. Quality is the order of the day, with a smorgasbord of upmarket boutiques, furniture, art and antique stores.

You will find their unique designs for women's, men’s and children’s clothing, shoes and accessories in addition to amazing leather goods/handbags, jewellery and homewares.

But perhaps the most appealing aspect of shopping in Seminyak is the absence of persistent street vendors.

Supermarkets, convenience stores, deli and markets are within walking distance of the Rumi Villas. 

You can find the largest and most comprehensive selection of fresh delicatessen items, gourmet imported foods and selected, quality wines in Seminyak, Bali and perhaps in all of Indonesia! 

Local markets have exceptional fresh fruit and vegetable sections. Bakeries that produces fresh bread and delicious patisseries can be found around the clock. 

It does not matter if it is a weekday or weekend; Bali is the place to go out. Many bars, lounges and clubs in Bali are open seven nights a week.

Nightlife spots in Seminyak are sophisticated and chic or relaxed and beachy. Lounges and night clubs offer elegant interior design an extensive array of fine spirits, cocktails, wines and champagnes. 

Due to its location outside Bali’s main hub, Seminyak is a less exposed environment and therefore more appealing to holidaying families and holiday makers who prefer not to be right in the thick of a chaotic tourist environment.
