Our stay at the villas was absolutely fantastic. I have to highly commend Wayan who was our maid for our stay there. She was courteous, friendly and paid genuine interest in our stay and always made polite conversation at breakfast time.
She also advised on the local fruits that were in season and purchased them on our behalf, the wife especially enjoyed the local fruits.
My two sons were also amazed at her culinary skills, they especially enjoyed the banana pancakes for breakfast. They also mentioned to me that Wayan was nice and they always used to listen to her, she made a big impact on my 13 and 10 year old!
Marday the security guy was always friendly and courteous. When asked to order taxi’s for us, he would jump on his bike and return with a couple of taxi’s following.
The villas were as we remembered them when we went 2 years ago. The blinds were a great addition when keeping the rain off the main living area. The magazines and guides to local take away restaurants were used a couple of times, issue about where the villas were located occurred but we managed to work through this.
Once again our stay at your villas were pleasant and enjoyable thanks to the staff working at the villas. We hope to be visiting again soon in the near future.

The stay at Rumi was great. We loved it. A very special thank you to Wayan, our villa girl. What an amazing Nasi that girl cooks!! Wayan also has a great memory - she was amazed when I said I knew Danielle and then went on to talk about Dan's stay and the children etc. What a great asset she is to you. The villa itself was perfect for us. With most of our time spent in the living area or pool. We had only been there a day and were already talking about our next stay and who else to bring. I have also told a few friends about you as well - not too many though as I do not want you to be booked out the next time I come!!!...

Families at the Villas
We had a fantastic stay at the Rumi Villas. The villas were great for our families, plenty of room for all of us and in a good location. The spaces were comfortable, clean and spacious. We would like to particularly thank Dewi and Nana as they looked after us so well during our stay and made us feel very welcome. I have no negative comments to make about the villas, we will certainly recommend them to our friends traveling in Bali.

It was our absolute pleasure to stay at Rumi Villa! I can only give positive feedback!! It was my brother and sister-in-law's first trip to Bali so it was important they had a great first impression which Rumi Villa delivered! Everything was just so easy, and that is greatly due to your amazing team of staff. Nyoman was so incredible and the other house maid there who did majority of the cooking (sorry I can't remember her name!!) was brilliant. She made us the best chicken curry I think we've ever had. The accommodations were totally luxurious and the whole villa had a great layout. We will definitely be back for our third time at your fantastic property. The rest of the staff were all so so lovely, Devi and Dayu remembered us from our last visit, that was very cool! Well done Mike, you've done a great job and I have no doubt that Rumi Villas will only continue to become totally booked out! Hopefully not when we plan our next holiday though!

The Staff Were Wonderful!
We had an awesome time at Villa Rumi. The staff where wonderful! Nothing was a problem for them. It was really nice to come home each night and all the washing and ironing done. Nyoman took me down to check out the other villas booked for the wedding.. I'm sure that they will all be pleasantly surprised. It's an awesome Villa, lovely staff and service nothing was a problem for them. The massages are great. As this was our 12th visit to Bali it was a nice change from the Hotels. All my nieces want to know if we are going back next year (we'll see, if they can save some money). I will be highly recommending it to all our friends here in Perth. Thanks!

Housekkeepers Were Fantastic
We had a great stay at Rumi Villas. They were well enough appointed and clean. The pool and the gardens were lovely as well. The housekeepers were fantastic. We had Suseni she was very sweet and the kids loved her. They couldn't do enough for us. Overall it was a most positive experience.
The location was good, close to the supermarket and lots of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend the villas to my friends.

 Staff cooked Pancakes
We had an amazing time! The Villas were beautiful and very comfortable. I had a great nights sleep every night. We couldn't stop talking about how comfy the beds are.
The manager and staff were lovely sweet people and kept our Villas very clean and tidy. They made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. One morning the two of the staff cooked us all pancakes for breakfast and they were some of the best pancakes I had ever eaten!
I can't think of anything I would change and none of us wanted to leave. We will definitely book again next year and I have already recommended Villa Rumi to other friends who go to Bali every year.

Our Boys Are Still Asking For Dewi
... The villas and staff exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait till our next trip. The little things like the pool fence and stair gate just made life so much easier with the two boys. Dewi Made Our Stay a Real Joy
... thank you you and your staff for a wonderful stay at RUMI villas. Our house maid Dewi was a real delight especially as we were travelling with our 5 month old and 4 year old. The quality of pool fence erected was a real plus unlike other pool fence stories we have heard from our friends . Although we told her in person on our departure if you could please let Dewi know she made our stay a real joy. Being told your great is nice I’m sure but if I was to offer any feedback it would be couple of minor things. ... The staff there are lovely. Susieanna took very good care of us. The villa was very nice although we certainly would have been more comfortable in the 3 bedroom (had it been available). a great set up for two couples though, I will keep it in mind if we are travelling through with friends.

Staff Were Beyond Expectations

Dayu Arranged Everything for us
We do had a great trip to Bali and the highlights of our trip was staying in Rumi Villas. Everything was perfect during our stay and beyond our expectation especially the excellent services by the maid (Dayu). She arranged everything that we ask for such as transportation and in-villa massage. She prepared a very nice breakfast and lunch for us too. We felt that she pampered us too much and because of this we only went out from the villa once only during our stay there. The villa layout was perfect and best suited for those that like to relax and enjoy the sun in calmness. We loved everything in the villa (Bedrooms, bathrooms, swimming pool) including the staffs. We also like to thank you for replying all our e-mails and we appreciate your kindness for stopping by during our stay just to say 'Hi'.

Amazing Wayan
Our recent 2 week stay at Rumi Villas was fantastic. The location of the Villas is central & only a short walk to the many restaurants and shopping areas including brilliant day spas. The Villa was kept immaculate by the staff, washing was done daily, ironed and left on our beds that same afternoon.Our housekeeper, Wayan was amazing. Her cooked breakfasts were on par with the local cafes. As were the security staff who were always there each evening to greet us after we arrived back from dinner and to help us out of the taxis with our many shopping bags!! We will definately be back in 2012, this time for longer as 2 weeks just isnt enough!

Well Taken Care Of by Yomen and Nahbiti
We had a truly fantastic experience at Rumi Villa's. Your staff were the stand out! Both Yomen and Nahbiti (not sure of spelling?) were fantastic ensuring we were well looked after and were enjoying our stay. Also the girls from the other villas were terrific. We and all our guests would stay at the Villa's again and have recommended the villa's to many friends and family. We had a great time and really Mike your staff are a credit to the villas. Wayan was Wonderful
... Our housekeeper Wayan was wonderful. She played with our little girl during breakfast time which allowed us to sit down and eat our breakfast. Our breakfast was always delicious. Wayan also took great care with our laundry and cleaning. I loved the location. The gravel road made it feel secluded.

Nana Set the Bar too High
...just wanted to tell you that we had the most amazing time at Rumi Villas, thank you so much. We had Nana as our Housekeeper and she was faultless. She was friendly and efficient and the only negative comment is that she set the bar a bit high for return home (ironed our everything!!!). Nyoman also was lovely and very helpful and informative. The Security boys were also friendly and helpful. We will hope to return again and possibly bring family. Will be very happy to recommend to friends.

Married in Bali
Our stay at your Villa's was wonderful. We all had a great time. The location is great, the service from all of the ladies was fantastic! The fact that the ladies look after breakfast, lunch, shopping and washing was brilliant - don't change this! We had a meal cooked for us which was one of the best meals we had in Bali.

Staff was the best... nothing was too much for them
We had a wonderful time in Bali and your staff made the stay even more pleasurable. I cannnot even begin to fault our villa maid (Nana). She was incredible - nothing was too much for her. Not only was she incredibly honest (continually gave us any money that she found we had left in our pockets while she was doing the washing), but she was always smiling and happy to help out with anything. We landed up losing quite a bit of money by exchanging with dodgy side street dealers - Nana was very upset to hear this and made sure that we gave her any money that needed to be exchanged which she dutifully returned to us with a receipt showing the details. Every morning she cooked us a beautiful breakfast (she makes awesome banana pancakes!) Our children loved her as well - I honestly wanted to pack her up in my suitcase and bring her back home with me!
The villa itself was everything we had expected - the beds were SUPER comfy - and everything was lovely and clean - everything was amazing. Once again I cannot praise your staff enough! Even the guard was always smiling and helpful...nothing was too much for any of them. Thanks again for everything.....we would highly recommend your villas! For the price we paid it was exceptional value!

I have to say that Villa Rumi is one of the greatest accommodation choices I've ever known. The view of the open swimming pool, make me feel like I am in the middle of the nature.. ...For a family of five, we found the accommodation to be excellent, along with the very convenient location adjacent to the busy shops of Oberoi and Semenyak.
From the outset, being picked up at the airport, we found the whole holiday to be most relaxing and invigorating. The staff at the villa were extremely helpful. They organized drivers, massages and food for the family. In short, we barely had to lift a finger over the whole two weeks....

We have stayed twice at beautiful Villa Rumi, with both times being wonderful - we'll definitely book again.
We love the location, so handy being in the heart of Seminyak walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and beach. The villa is so comfortable, with a beautiful pool and garden and we always sleep so well in the air-conditioned bedrooms. The staff make you feel very welcome and really made our stays very special. So much nicer than staying at a impersonal hotel/resort.
It is truly an oasis to relax in - highly recommend.

What a gorgeous experience stepping from the street in Seminyak into the Villa Rumi property. Every aspect of the property was a delight and totally exceeded our expectations. The staff (who spoke very good english) were amazing - catering to our every whim. The bedrooms, individual bathrooms, and ourdoor pavillion (not to mention the divine pool)were gorgeous and very well equipped for total relaxation. Many thanks and we'll be coming back!

On arriving at VILLA RUMI we found it to be a beautifully secluded getaway spot. With a wonderful pool surrounded by palms just added to the wonderful atmosphere were you just want to lay back and soak up all that Bali sun.
We were surprised however on the cleanliness of the place and the attention to detail that was taken by the Balinese caretakers. Nothing was ever too difficult and what ever was asked for would be provided within minutes. The stay in cook was fantastic with fresh fruit juices each morning followed by either a traditional or western styled breakfast.
The position of villa rumi was just perfect and only minutes walking distance to all the restaurants’ and cafes on the main road. A truly a great place to stay and very reasonably priced.
