Felt Like Aladdin Enterin the Palace

Villa Rumi is actually paradise. You wake up every morning, walk outside your room to a swimming pool that is always warm, grass that is always green, a gazebo that makes you feel like you're in a palace. There's fresh fruit waiting for you, always. It's just magnificent. Imagine how Aladdin felt the first time he entered the Palace. That's pretty much how you'll feel in Villa Rumi.

3 Families, Connecting Villas, Staff and Location Location Location

Thanks very much for you email requesting some feedback about the villas. We returned from Bali yesterday, and we can report that once again we had a great time, and Rumi Villas played a big part in our enjoyment. This is the second time we have stayed at Rumi, and have had a lot of fun both times.

Below I have listed some positives and negatives, although I might add that they are not really negatives, just suggestions on areas of potential improvement. We were in Yuyu, and were there with friends in other villas – the Ratna’s were next door, and the Gelavis family were next door to them.

The staff: How good are they? We were looked after by Deyu and she was great. She worked hard for us, was attentive to our needs, and as far as I can recall, didn’t miss a thing that we asked her to do. She displayed great grace and was always polite, cheerful and pleasant. An absolute pleasure to have around. Made also was great, and couldn’t do enough for us.

The location: Great spot, and with things developing in the area, offering more and more services, restaurants etc all the time.

Air conditioning: The air cons are a great standard and never missed a beat. We were very glad to have them.

The gate in the fence: Great idea. Our friends were in the villas next door, and we were disappointed (the kids were really) that there was no gate in the next fence as well!

The spaciousness: We felt comfortable there with the size of the area for the kids, and had room to move and not be on top of each other all the time.

All in all though, a great place and we had a great time. We’ll be back.Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

Beyond Expectations

Will Come Back

We do had a great trip to Bali and the highlights of our trip was staying in Rumi Villas. Everything was perfect during our stay and beyond our expectation especially the excellent services by the maid (Dayu). She arranged everything that we ask for such as transportation and in-villa massage. She prepared a very nice breakfast and lunch for us too. We felt that she pampered us too much and because of this we only went out from the villa once only during our stay there. The villa layout was perfect and best suited for those that like to relax and enjoy the sun in calmness. We loved everything in the villa (Bedrooms, bathrooms, swimming pool) including the staffs. We also like to thank you for replying all our e-mails and we appreciate your kindness for stopping by during our stay just to say 'Hi'.
Overall, we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay in Rumi Villas and definitely will come back next time and will recommend your villas to our friends and relatives in Malaysia. All the best to Rumi Villas! :)

Seminyak Villa 

Our stay at Rumi Villas was fantastic and there was honestly nothing that I would change. Daewee (probably not how you spell her name) was lovely, very helpful and we hardly knew she was there. We have recommended you to a few of our family members who are travelling in June for a wedding so hopefully they will stay with you. Many thanks for such a well run villa and if we were ever to pass through Seminyak again we would love to stay.

2 Weeks is not Enough in Bali

Our recent 2 week stay at Rumi Villas was fantastic. The location of the Villas is central & only a short walk to the many restaurants and shopping areas including brilliant day spas. The Villa was kept immaculate by the staff, washing was done daily, ironed and left on our beds that same afternoon.Our housekeeper, Wayan was amazing. Her cooked breakfasts were on par with the local cafes. As were the security staff who were always there each evening to greet us after we arrived back from dinner and to help us out of the taxis with our many shopping bags!! We will definately be back in 2012, this time for longer as 2 weeks just isnt enough!

Well Taken Care Of

We had a truly fantastic experience at Rumi Villa's. Your staff were the stand out! Both Yomen and Nahbiti (not sure of spelling?) were fantastic ensuring we were well looked after and were enjoying our stay. Also the girls from the other villas were terrific. We and all our guests would stay at the Villa's again and have recommended the villa's to many friends and family. We had a great time and really Mike your staff are a credit to the villas. A 4 Villa Visitor - Mimpi, Nyaman, Tunjung & Yuyu

We had an amazing time! The Villas were beautiful and very comfortable. I had a great nights sleep every night. We couldn't stop talking about how comfy the beds are. The manager and staff were lovely sweet people and kept our Villas very clean and tidy. They made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. One morning the two of the staff cooked us all pancakes for breakfast and they were some of the best pancakes I had ever eaten! I can't think of anything I would change and none of us wanted to leave. We will definitely book again next year and I have already recommended Villa Rumi to other friends who go to Bali every year.

Couldn't Have Had A Better 10 Days

We all had a marvellous time and loved your Villa’s and haven’t stopped raving about them since I have been back.....I will certainly leave some comment and I can guarantee they will all be very positive.... have to let you know that apart from fabulous villas in brilliant location your staff, especially Nyoman were so helpful and delightful and couldn’t do enough to please us. Comparing Rumi Villa

...we stayed at Rumi in September last year and had to extend our stay numerous times until my sick daughter Rahni could fly home. I just wanted to let you know we have ended up in Bali again, now; we just can't resist the place, but Rumi was booked out. We are staying at the Bli Bli Residence. As a comparison it has nothing on Rumi. It is way more expensive, they don't have a housekeeper, you have to send out for laundry, its more out of the way, no basic kitchen gear, a number of things are not repaired and the list goes on. This stay has made us appreciate even more how good Rumi was so please don't change what you have. I'll certainly be telling more people now what a wonderful place it is to stay. Say hi to Wayan for us also please.

Great Location  in Seminyak

We have been back from Bali for a month or so, but would just like to thank you for a great start to our holiday. Your Villas are really lovely and everything we expected. One of The Greatest Accommodation Choices

I have to say that Villa Rumi is one of the greatest accommodation choices I've ever known. The view of the open swimming pool, make me feel like I am in the middle of the nature.. The Staff served us from the heart..The Room was amazing, the bathroom was excellent.. to be honest one night is not enough for any body to feel the wonderful experience of being in a paradise.

Elegant,Relaxing, Fun, Uncluttered and most of all Balinese

Bali a relaxing place close to paradise ... I would like my accommodation to mirror the feelings I have of the island.

Villa Rumi satisfied me many times over - situated close to shopping and eating, it is distant enough to remove myself from the hustle and bustle.

From the moment I stood in front of the strong bold wooden entrance doors I knew I had found what I was looking for - it is elegant, relaxing, fun, uncluttered and most of all Balinese. The owners have considered the needs of the holiday maker providing a chef with versatility, a pool with a gazebo adjoining, rooms with all mod-cons.

There is information provided about services nearby - spoil yourself with a manicure and pedicure and a massage and much more.

I would recommend Villa Rumi to all my friends - hopefully it wont be booked out when I have the chance to return to this island paradise.

We have stayed twice at beautiful Villa Rumi, with both times being wonderful - we'll definitely book again.

We love the location, so handy being in the heart of Seminyak walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and beach. The villa is so comfortable, with a beautiful pool and garden and we always sleep so well in the air-conditioned bedrooms. The staff make you feel very welcome and really made our stays very special. So much nicer than staying at a impersonal hotel/resort.

It is truly an oasis to relax in - highly recommend.

Entering the aged wooden double doors and crossing the koi pond took our breath away. What a beautiful place! The serenity and spaciousness of the villa gardens, pool and pavilions a welcome surprise. With everything we could wish from the Balinese staff, to the gardener silently cutting the lawn with sissors each morning! An extraordinary house in Seminyak which felt like home immediately. Equipped for Total Relaxation

What a gorgeous experience stepping from the street in Seminyak into the Villa Rumi property. Every aspect of the property was a delight and totally exceeded our expectations. The staff (who spoke very good english) were amazing - catering to our every whim. My Great Balinese Holiday

Villa Rumi is a piece of paradise. When I walked past the brown wooden doors, I found what is believed to be 'heaven.' Stepping over the fish filled pond onto the finely cut grass, I saw the amazing plantation of Bali's natural land. The pool is as luxurious as it seems. Each day I would lie across the modern pool chairs, feeling completely relaxed. The bedrooms, finely equipped with the latest technology, are more comfortable then a five star hotel. I felt that staying at Villa Rumi was the key for my great Balinese holiday.

A Beautiful Piece of Balinese Paradise

I can't even describe how staying here at Rumi has been. The staff have been friendly and helped with everything I've asked about including telling me about some great shopping areas and getting me any food I ased for. The rooms are fantastic! I slept every night more than my usual 6 hours at home and I didnt really want to leave my room! Cable and a dvd player and once you buy your fair share of Dvds from all the stores (thanks to the staff for telling me about the best one) I stayed in my room every night to watch them :) Another thing I have to mention was me, walking out of my bedroom in the morning and collapsing into the pool. absolutely refreshing!! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Every day in this place was heaven. the food, the staff, the atmosphere, my bed, my shower, sleeping infront of the sun right next to the big pool listening to music and having a fruit smoothie. AMZING!

1 word sums up my experience. Paradise :) Thank you for letting me stay in such a beautiful piece of Balinese paradise. Thank you to the staff for being there on every wish! Very Reasonably Priced

On arriving at VILLA RUMI we found it to be a beautifully secluded getaway spot. With a wonderful pool surrounded by palms just added to the wonderful atmosphere were you just want to lay back and soak up all that Bali sun. We were surprised however on the cleanliness of the place and the attention to detail that was taken by the Balinese caretakers. Nothing was ever too difficult and what ever was asked for would be provided within minutes. The stay in cook was fantastic with fresh fruit juices each morning followed by either a traditional or western styled breakfast. The position of villa rumi was just perfect and only minutes walking distance to all the restaurants’ and cafes on the main road. A truly a great place to stay and very reasonably priced.

Once again I returned to beautiful Villa Rumi. It always amazes me how it¹s so close to great shops and restaurant but once you are inside it's walls Villa Rumi is so peaceful and relaxing.
