Following are some frequently asked questions about booking accommodations at Rumi Villas in Bali. The website has more information about Seminyak and Bali as well as the location of the villas and floor plans of our two, three and four bedroom villas.

 

Are the rates on your site per person or per room per night?

All the 2, 3 and 4 bedroom accommodation rates quoted on our site are on a per villa basis. There is NO per person rate.

When will my booking be confirmed?

We do our best to confirm your booking as soon as we can, on receipt of the 50% rental deposit. Sometimes this can be minutes and sometimes a little longer. Always within 24 hours!

Tentative Confirmation

On receipt of the reservation inquiry form, found on this website, we will contact you by email within 12 hours and provide you with a confirmation of availability, villa rate, and the amount of deposit required - 50% of total rental cost.

Reservation Confirmation

Due to high demand our villas are often booked a long time in advance. To confirm your reservation you will need to forward a Bank Transfer for the deposit amount requested (50%) to our Bali bank account.

Please note - most banks provide an on-line “Bank Transfer of Funds” service. When your deposit arrives in the bank account your reservation is confirmed. Please advise us by email after the transfer has been made. We will then send you an email confirmation note. Reservations are handled on " first come, first served" basis.

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non refundable. The final balance of the rental payment is due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date (please send an email advising the final payment has been made). Once received this payment is also non refundable. Failure to pay the final rental payment by the due date will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and your deposit.

Rental Rates

Rental rates vary according to the season and are subject to change without notice, unless a reservation has been confirmed.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Rumi Villas, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.

What happens if I need a refund?

Refer to the cancellation policy above.

What do you do with my personal information?

We take the issues of privacy and security very seriously. No information will be provided to third parties.

How do I get to the villa?

At the time of your final payment we will confirm your flight and pick up details so that we can arrange to collect you and your party from the Airport. If you wish to make your own way to the villa please advise us of your expected arrival time at the villa - refer to the location of the villas on the website.

What happens to my Villa Booking if my flight is delayed?

Your villa is reserved for you and will be held for you unless otherwise advised. Please do let us know if you miss your flight or if there are any changes to your schedule.
